UDL and DI: Proactive vs. Reactive

Universal Design for Learning (UDL) and Differentiated Instruction (DI) are both approaches aimed at cater to diverse learners; however, they diverge in their methodologies: UDL focuses on creating inclusive learning environments from the start, incorporating flexible materials and methods that benefit all students, while DI tailors teaching to meet individual student needs, adjusting content, process, product, and learning environment.
